We use a great online tool called GoCardless to process our payments. It is directly linked to the invoices we send you, so no need to enter an amount — once set up, it is all handled automatically.

Important benefits:

• It is not a typical direct debit — if your windows don’t get cleaned as scheduled, you won’t get charged.
• You can cancel at any time.
• Payment is made automatically 5 days after we have cleaned your property, if you’re 100% happy.
• We can vary the amount charged for extra services or first deep cleans.
• After we clean, GoCardless notifies you of the payment request.

Paying with GoCardless is fully secure and very simple to set up. Astro Clean Limited never has access to your bank details and you are fully protected under the Direct Debit Guarantee.

You only need to set up payment once. We handle the rest.
